FOOD PANTRY MINISTRY

This is a ministry to those in our community. We provide food, once a month to eligible families in the 43224 zip code. Individuals can call our Church office on Tuesday mornings between 9am and 11:30 am to make appointments for the following Thursday mornings to pick up food. Individuals in the Church volunteer to assist in preparing and distributing the food. Each week, we pick up a van load of food to stock our pantry from the local food bank. We are affiliated with the Mid-Ohio Food Bank program. Our food pantry is supported by the Church, and through contributions made by Church members to the program. Rose McGlaughlin is in charge of this ministry. If you are interested in working with this ministry, whether in the pantry or picking up food, see Rose or Pastor Biffle. 2Cent a Meal Cans!

The first Sunday of each month, we bring our cans of change in for the food pantry. We ask you to drop 2cents in a can after every meal, thinking of those who don't have something to eat. Then bring or mail your amounts to the church on the 1st Sunday of the month. Every penny goes to support our food pantry ministry that feeds over 300 people a month. We encourage you to be a part of this ministry. Thank you!

SENIOR CARE MINISTRY

Cindy Colter heads up our "Senior Care Ministry", which involves helping seniors with finding assistance in many areas of life. This includes medical, prescriptions, social security, state and federal programs and other benefits or assistance that someone does not know how to obtain.
